Yes! I am currently writing it. it's part of the spinoff, Obsidian, titled Raven.
This book is currently in progress. I am working on Sector 7 right now, then Raven is next in line and then The Hunted, which is The Hunter part 2. That is the order I'll be writing for now. I don't have a timeline as I do not know when I'll finish the books before it, but it is in the works.
The timelines do jump around a bit. Here is the timeline order per book.
Raziel - Year 2176
Raphael - 176 years in the past, year 2000
Ramses - Follows Raphael directly in the past, year 2000
Rowen- Follows Ramses directly in the past, year 2000. Then jumps to real time, 176 years later after the events of Raziel, year 2176
The Keepers- Follows Rowen in year 2176
Rayne- Follows The Keepers and then jumps 6 years for the twins to be turning 21, year 2182
Tryss- Follows the end of Rayne, year 2182
Reya- 8 years after the events of Raziel, 2 years after Tryss year 2184
Raven- 21 years after the events of Rayne, 13 years after Reya, year 2197
Hopefully this helps to clarify! And no, I do not incorporate 'future' elements into the books as I don't personally think much will change with the way the supernatural creatures operate. I still think the Reavers will prefer to use materialization as their form of transport, and stick to their old ways of not using much technology.
No, you have to read The Reaver Chronicles in order to understand the story. Then Obsidian reverts back to old places and people that we have seen or met in The Reaver Chronicles. So, you have to read them all in order to fully understand the storylines and how they connect.
This is a possibility. As of right now I have no plans to write novellas, but I do know there are some side characters that I think have a cool story we could focus on, such as the Cryomancer, River. Also the Pyromancer, Bells in Pandora's Box, and we can't forget about Hilda. So, while I'm not currently planning this, once I finish the series and the other few works I'm working on I might circle back to this idea.
